Roles & Responsibilities
The Borough Business Manager oversees the daily operations of the Borough, ensuring the effective implementation of policies set by the Borough Council and the efficient delivery of municipal services. This role also includes supervising the Borough Administrative Assistant to support smooth and effective administration.

Borough Manager Nicolle Ruth serves as the Treasurer for the Borough of Spring Grove.
The Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local ordinances and regulations related to property maintenance, zoning, and building codes.
This role involves conducting inspections, addressing violations, and working with property owners to maintain community standards and safety.
Danielle Robison serves as the official Building Code Official (BCO) for the Borough.
